Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, phone number, and reason for return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags, packaging, and accessories should be returned where applicable.
- Items with stains, fragrance, damage, alteration, or signs of wear may not be accepted.
- Sale, custom, altered, or final-clearance items may not be eligible unless received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review and guide you through the next step.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Mantak.
